In re: applying Writs. Dean K. Bruch and Peder Toft, for Supervisory and Remedial Writ granted. The trial judge is ordered to admit the evidence relating to the unconstitutional administration of the statute at the hearing on the motion to quash. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the order should be alternative, allowing the trial judge an opportunity, if he sees fit, to respond.
