CULPEPPER, Judge. The appellant has neither appeared nor filed a brief in this case prior to the time the case was called for oral argument on April 22, 1976. Pursuant to Rule VII, Section 5(b), Uniform Rules of the Courts of Appeal, this appeal is considered abandoned and is hereby dismissed at appellant’s costs. APPEAL DISMISSED.
