In re: Preston N. Aucoin applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Evangeline, 295 So.2d 868 . Writ denied. We cannot say that the judgment is incorrect. DIXON, J., dissents from the refusal to grant writs. This case differs from the Butler case.
