In re: Eurall Glen Lindsey, applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of St. Tammany. 302 So.2d 925 . Writ denied. Although we do not approve the statement that it is immaterial when the order of appeal is signed after the motion is filed, the bond was not timely filed, and the result was correct.
