In re: Sidney Anthony Smith applying for supervisory writs, writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for stay order. Writ refused. Relator has an adequate remedy for review in the event of conviction. BARHAM, TATE, and DIXON, JJ. are of the opinion the writ should be granted.
