In re: State of Louisiana, applying for writs of Certiorari, Mandamus and Prohibition. Application denied. There is no error of law in the ruling of the trial court in granting the Motion to Suppress. SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., are of the opinion the writ should be granted.
