BARNHAM, Justice, dissenting from denial of rehearing. I am of the opinion the rehearing should be granted on the question of discriminatory exclusion of women from the petit jury. See dissents in State v. Rester, No. 55,361 and State v. Devore, No. 55,366, on our docket, decided February 24, 1975.
