In re: Abraham Payton applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson, 299 So.2d 489 . Writ denied. Under the facts found, the result is correct as to the second assignment of error. As to the first assignment of error (the timeliness of the appeal), there is no error of law. BARHAM, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
