GUIDRY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion matter entitled Nugent et ux., d/b/a Quality Appliance and Carpet Company v. Stanley, No. 5549 of the docket of this court, 336 So.2d 1058 , the judgment of the trial court rendered in this matter is affirmed. Appellant is cast for all costs of this appeal. AFFIRMED.
