In re: Louisiana Department of Highways applying for certiorari or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of Ouachita. 300 So.2d 232 . Writ denied. The sole issue before us is the department’s contention that it should be relieved of liability for the injuries sustained by plaintiff in the accident. We find no error in the court of appeal’s rejection of this contention.
