LOTTINGER, Judge. For the reasons assigned in Marbury v. Arnold and New Amsterdam Casualty Company, 142 So.2d 507 , No. 5551 of the Docket of this Court, the judgment appealed from is reversed and plaintiff’s suit dismissed at his costs. Judgment reversed.
