FRUGÉ, Judge. This is a companion appeal to Oubre v. Judice et al., 147 So.2d 745 . For the reasons therein set forth, the trial court’s, judgment dismissing plaintiff’s suit against the defendant is affirmed; plaintiff-appellant to pay all costs of this appeal and of these proceedings. Affirmed. On Application for Rehearing. En Banc. Rehearing denied.
