In re: Adolph Anderson, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 305 So.2d 598 . Writ denied. The result is correct. While non-compliance with the provisions of R.S. 13:3921-13:3924 is not and should not be sanctioned, applicant has made no showing that he sustained any damages.
