In re: Leonard Bastida, applying for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Application denied. There is no merit to the contention of applicant: the validity of the search warrant (based on some information from an informer) was decided when this case was on appeal, 271 So.2d 854 . No cruel and unusual punishment. State v. Neal, 275 So.2d 765 . See also Taylor v. La., 419 U.S. 522 , 95 S.Ct. 692 , 42 L.Ed.2d 690 (1975).
