In re: Lemmie Johnson applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for stay order. Writ granted. The order of contempt is annulled and set aside. Contempt does not lie, for abuse of a court’s policy. See Articles 21 & 23 C.Cr.P.
