In re: Ralph O. Bryant applying-for ha-beas corpus. Writ denied. There is no showing to warrant the exercise of this Court’s supervisory jurisdiction. The application is based upon facts the finding of which is the province of the jury. The issue concerning the service of women on the jury has been decided contrary to applicant’s contention.
