BERTRAND, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion matter entitled Bruno v. Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company et al., 337 So.2d 241 , the judgment of the trial court rendered in this matter is affirmed. Appellant is cast for all costs of this appeal. AFFIRMED.
