In re: Charles T. Opperman, applying for writs of review. Writs denied. The showing made is insufficient to warrant the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction. TATE, J., is of the opinion that the prosecution of this misdemeanor has prescribed and that the motion to quash should have been granted.
