In re: Lawrence R. Pittman applying for Writ of Habeas Corpus. 315 So.2d 62 . Application denied. There is no error in the judgment of the court of appeal. Our denial of writs in 296 So.2d 836 is not to be considered approval of a contrary rule, which was not before us.
