State v. Bell

In re: John J. Bell et al. applying for supervisory writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and habeas corpus. Writ granted in part; denied in part. In regard to assignment of error No. 1, it is ordered that a hearing be held at which evidence be adduced as to this issue. As to assignment of error No. 2, insufficient showing has been made to warrant the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction.
