In re: David B. Levy applying for Writs of Certiorari, Prohibition, Mandamus and Stay Order. Writ granted. Conviction and sentence for violation of R.S. 14:98 are reversed in view of our decision in State v. Jones, La., 316 So.2d 100 , handed down on June 25, 1975. It is further ordered that this case be remanded to the trial court for a new trial.
