FRUGÉ, Judge. This is a companion case to the suit entitled Peart, et ux. v. Slocum, La.App., 142 So.2d 421 . The pertinent facts in the instant case are similar to those in the Peart, et ux. case, supra. For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment below is affirmed. Affirmed.
