In re: Mr. and Mrs. Fred Thoede and Mr. Andrew Karst applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. 315 So.2d 361 . Writ denied. We cannot say the result is incorrect under the facts found by the Court of Appeal. MARCUS, J., is of the opinion that the writ should be granted.
