In re: Sam Culotta applying for certio-rari or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of Ascension. 316 So.2d 463 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the court of appeal, since the court found that plaintiff gave his consent to the construction of the canal on his property, the result is correct.
