In re: George Bray applying for writ of habeas corpus and certiorari. Writ denied. From the opinion of this Court (State v. Bray, 292 So.2d 697 ) it *129 clearly appears that there was “some” evidence of the cause of death. Furthermore, this question should have been raised on appeal — it was not.
