In re: Doris C. Fleckinger applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. 319 So.2d 881 . Application denied; there was no error in the Court of Appeal in the application of Johnston v. Nanney, 244 La. 959 , 155 So.2d 196 (1963). DIXON, J., is of the further opinion that R.S. 9:5661 would be unconstitutional if interpreted as applicants contend.
