In re: Richard Angelico, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for a Stay Order. Writ denied. The applicant has no right of appeal. See State ex rel. Dowling v. Ray, 150 La. 1030 , 91 So. 443 (1922). His sole right of review was by application to this Court’s supervisory jurisdiction which we have previously disposed of.
