In re: Hayward Clofer applying for writ of habeas corpus and remedial writs. Writ denied. Only inmates in the custody of Department of Corrections are entitled to good time. La.R.S. 15:571.3, 571.4. The original sentence on revocation of probation, improperly allowing such credit, could subsequently be corrected as not in accordance with law, La.C.Cr.P. art. 882, as in effect was done by the judgment of Nov. 6, 1975.
