In re: Henry Sibley applying for writ of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and habeas corpus. Application denied. Petitioner, who pleaded guilty and was sentenced, cannot now complain of lack of speedy trial when he never applied for speedy trial in jurisdiction where charge was pending.
