In re: Rufus W. Ashley applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge. 321 So.2d 868 . Writ denied. Although we do not approve that portion of the opinion which permitted the policy limits to be withheld from the trial jury, we cannot say that under the facts the result is incorrect. CALOGERO, J., dissents from refusal to grant.
