In re: Ellis Clairain, applying for cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of Washington. 324 So.2d 619 . Writ refused. On the facts found, the Court of Appeal correctly held that relator’s boundary did not include the body of water. Hence the result is correct.
