The showing made does not warrant the exercise of this Court’s supervisory jurisdiction considering the applicant faces four armed robbery charges. TATE, J., concurs, being of the opinion that our denial may be without prejudice to reurge the motion if the applicant moves for a preliminary examination or a speedy trial and is denied them.
