In re: Charles Colbert, applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Lafayette. 326 So.2d 900 . Application not considered. The judgment of the court of appeal became execu-tory due to the failure to apply for rehearing therein. La.C.Civ.P. Art. 2167. The application will therefore not be considered.
