In re: Vernie Ray Miller applying for Writs of Review. Writ denied. In absence of an indictment, defendant is entitled to a hearing to determine whether he is entitled to bail. La.Code Crim.P. art. 313(1). Bail hearing is ordered, otherwise the application is denied.
