In re: Willard H. Kilpatrick applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of Jackson, 327 So.2d 452 . Application denied. On the facts found by the court of appeal, there is no error law. DENNIS, J., is of the view that writ should be granted.
