In re William J. Guste, Jr., Attorney General and Harry F. Connick, District. Attorney, applying for writs of Mandamus, Cer-tiorari, Prohibition and for Stay Order. Writ refused. We find no error in the ruling of the trial judge. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion that the writ should be granted.
