State v. Brady

In re: Inez Brady applying for Writs of Habeas Corpus and/or Certiorari. Writ denied. Applicant was granted full transactional immunity effective in both state and federal courts under authority of Murphy v. Waterfront Com. of N. Y., 378 U.S. 52 , 84 S.Ct. 1594 , 12 L.Ed.2d 678 (1964) and Kastigar v. U. S., 406 U.S. 441 , 92 S.Ct. 1653 , 32 L.Ed.2d 212 (1972). Consequently applicant was not justified in refusing to testify and there is no error in the ruling below.
