In re: Reggie Guice applying for writ of review. Writ Denied: Treating this appeal as an application for supervisory writs, La.Sup.Ct. Rule I, Section 11, the application is denied; we are unwilling to disturb the factual appreciation of the trial judge that the previous plea was not voluntary. SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
