In re: Randell Clay Simmions, applying for writ of habeas corpus. Writ denied. The contentions of error are revealed to be without merit by the recorded colloquy at the time the plea of guilty was taken following the selection and empanelling of a trial jury on October 29th, 1973, and by the evidence of the motions heard immediately prior thereto.
