In re: Edwin Lombard, Clerk, Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, applying for writs of Certiorari and Review. Writ denied in part, granted in part: There is no error in the ruling of the trial court, but the contempt judgment is amended to permit the Clerk to purge himself of contempt by complying with the order. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
