In re: Dave Nelson, applying for writs of mandamus. Writ granted. It is ordered that mandamus issue, commanding the Judge of Section “G” Orleans Criminal District Court to rule on relator’s petition pending in that Court within fifteen days. A copy of the petition filed in the district court is transmitted herewith.
