Opinion text
In re: Robert Wayne Young applying for writ of habeas corpus and mandamus. Not considered. The records of the district court reflect that relief has not first been sought from it. We therefore do not consider this application, but we forward a copy of the original application to the district court for filing and its ruling thereupon.
