In re Julius Henry and Cumis Insurance Society, Inc. applying for certiorari or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, 333 So.2d 412, 420 , Third Circuit, Parish of Sabine. Writ denied. On the facts found by the court of appeal, no error of law. DIXON, TATE and DENNIS, JJ., are of the opinion the writ should be granted on the issue of the negligence of the driver.
