LANDRY, Judge. For the reasons this day handed down in the companion case entitled Cleve T. Smith v. New Orleans & Northeastern Railroad Company, et al., Number 5841, La.App., 153 So.2d 533 , the judgment of the trial court rejecting and dismissing the demand of plaintiff, Elmer L. Wheat, and the reconventional demand of defendant, New Orleans & Northeastern Railroad Company, is affirmed. Affirmed.
