In re: Dan E. Robertson, applying for writ of mandamus. Not considered. According to advice from the Clerk of the Criminal District Court, Orleans Parish, applicant has filed no petition for a speedy trial or for removal of a detainer against him. Until he presents these issues to the trial court, they will not be considered here.
