In re: Kenneth Davis, et al., applying for writ of mandamus and habeas corpus. Writ denied. Upon the trial court’s assurance by its letter of October 20th, 1976 that the Davis appeal will be filed in this court by November 5th, the Williams appeal by November 18th, and the Hayes appeal by November 30th, the application is dismissed as moot.
