In re: Wyman J. Gagnard applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, 335 So.2d 770 , Third Circuit, Parish of Rapides. Writ denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, there is no error in the judgment complained of. DIXON, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
