In re: Letha Mae Brantley, applying for writ of review and certiorari. Writ denied. Under La. Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 884 (1968) the defendant cannot be sentenced to a jail term exceeding six months, and therefore right to a jury trial has not been violated.
