Opinion text
In re: State of Louisiana applying for Supervisory Writ. Writ Denied. We cannot say that the trial court erred in finding an illegal arrest and that the products of it is inadmissible as illegally seized. See Brown v. Illinois, 422 U.S. 590 , 95 S.Ct. 2254 , 45 L.Ed.2d 416 (1975). SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. SANDERS, C. J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
