Triche v. City of Houma

In re: The City of Houma, Chicago Insurance Co. and Interstate Fire and Casualty Co. applying for Writs of Certiorari, Prohibition and/or Mandamus. Not considered. No relief has been applied for in the Court of Appeal which has supervisory jurisdiction of the case. Until this is done, this court will not exercise its supervisory jurisdiction in the absence of extraordinary circumstances of great public interest.
